Afric Cover Insurance Brokers is a company which was conceptualized in 2007 and founded and registered in 2008. We are a short term insurance services provider. Over the past years we have built a wealth of networks with various Blue Chip insurance companies such as Zurich, Mutual & Federal, Santam, AIG, etc, through our partner John Roe Brokers. We are a fully Black empowered company with 40% Black women representation on our share structure and board of directors. We currently have a back to back arrangement with a company called John Roe Brokers whereby they currently provide us with the relevant infrastructure and staff in order to process all our business and claims. In due course, we plan to be an operational standalone entity.

Our main focus is commercial and domestic risk. We would also specialized risks for clients requiring Professional Indemnity, Marine Insurance, Contractors all risk, Public Liability and Travel Insurance. Our target market is to also provide an overall insurance solution to government, parastatals and private companies and not necessarily focus on individuals.

We have embarked on revenue generation opportunities and projects that will not only be profitable but they will also be sustainable for a long period of time. We are a youth organization that cherishes itself and its dynamic nature that helps address the diverse nature of our business environment whilst also keeping focus within the very international business parameters that we all subscribe to as a global business community.

Human Resources

We currently have four non-executive directors and one executive director in the business. The representation of Black people in our board is 80% and 40% is women representation. We have a very lean structure as the support base and infrastructure is on a back too back arrangement with John Roe Brokers.
